مجلہ کا تعارف

سہ ماہی تحقیقات شرعیہ ،ندوۃ العلماء لکھنؤ کے علمی وتحقیقی شعبہ ’مجلس تحقیقات شرعیہ ‘کی جانب سے شائع ہونے والا ایک علمی وتحقیقی مجلہ (جرنل)ہے،ندوۃ العلماء دراصل ہندوستان کی مشہورتعلیمی تحریک کانام ہے،جس نے ایک صدی قبل دینی مدارس کے نصاب میں تبدیلی کی صدابلندکی،اور بدلتے حالات کو محسوس کرتے ہوئے دینی علوم کے ساتھ ضروری عصری علوم کو شامل کرکے ایک نیانصاب تیارکیا،جس کی بڑی پذیرائی ہوئی،اور اس نئے نصاب کے لئے ایک نمونہ کی درسگاہ کا قیام عمل میں آیا،اسی دانشگاہ کو دنیادارالعلوم ندوۃ العلماء کے نام سے جانتی ہے۔

ندوۃ العلماء کے ذمہ داروں نے ابتداء سے ہی صحافت اور علمی رسائل پر توجہ دی،چنانچہ دارالعلوم ندوۃ العلماء کے قیام بعد ابتدائی زمانہ میں ہی الندوہ،الضیاء جیسے بلندپایہ علمی رسالے یہاں سے نکلناشروع ہوئے،جس کی شہرت ملک اور ملک سے باہربھی ہوئی،اس کے بعد مختلف علمی اور دینی رسالے یہاں سے شائع ہوتے رہے،موجودہ وقت میں اردو،ہندی،انگریزی اورعربی چاروں زبانوں میں یہاں رسالے شائع ہورہے ہیں،مثلا تعمیرحیات(پندرہ روزہ، اردو)،سچاراہی (ماہانہ،ہندی)،دی فریگرینس آف ایسٹ (ماہنامہ ،انگریزی )،البعث الاسلامی (ماہنامہ،عربی)اور الرائد (پندرہ روزہ ،عربی)،یہ رسالے عام مسلمانوںکو دین کی باتوں سے واقف کرانے کے مقصد سے شائع کئے جارہے ہیں۔

عرصہ سے اس بات کی ضرورت محسوس ہورہی تھی کہ یہاں سے ایک علمی اور تحقیقی رسالہ شائع کیاجائے جوموجودہ دوقت میں مختلف عصری اداروں سے شائع ہونے والے جرنل کی طرح علمی معیارکے مطابق ہو،اسی ضرورت کے مطابق ندوۃ العلماء کے شعبہ مجلس تحقیقات شرعیہ نے ذمہ داران ندوہ کے مشورہ اور ان کی اجازت کے بعد چھٹے فقہی سیمینارمنعقدہ نومبر ۲۰۲۴ءکے موقع پراس مجلہ کاآغاز کیا۔

Introduction

The quarterly journal “Tahqeeqat-e-Shar‘iyyah” (Research in Islamic Jurisprudence) is an academic and research publication issued by the Majlis-e-Tahqeeqat-e-Shar‘iyyah (Shariah Research Council), which is the scholarly research wing of Nadwatul Ulama, Lucknow.

Nadwatul Ulama is, in fact, the name of a prominent educational movement in India that, over a century ago, called for a reform in the curriculum of traditional Islamic seminaries. Recognizing the evolving needs of the time, it introduced a new curriculum that integrated essential contemporary sciences alongside religious studies. This initiative was widely welcomed and led to the establishment of a model seminary to implement this new educational approach — known across the world today as Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulama.

From its inception, Nadwatul Ulama has paid special attention to journalism and scholarly periodicals. Soon after the establishment of Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulama, prestigious academic magazines such as Al-Nadwah and Al-Diya began to be published from this institution. These publications gained recognition both within India and abroad

Over the years, various religious and academic journals continued to be published from Nadwatul Ulama. At present, journals are being published here in four languages — Urdu, Hindi, English, and Arabic. These include

Tameer-e-Hayat (Urdu – Fortnightly)

Sacharahi (Hindi – Monthly)

The Fragrance of East (English – Monthly)

Al-Ba‘th Al-Islami (Arabic – Monthly)

Al-Ra’id (Arabic – Fortnightly)

These publications aim to acquaint the general Muslim public with the teachings and values of Islam

For a long time, there was a felt need to publish an academic and research-based journal from Nadwah — one that matches the scholarly standards of journals published by modern institutions. In response to this need, and with the consultation and permission of the Nadwah authorities, the Majlis-e-Tahqeeqat-e-Shar‘iyyah (Shariah Research Council) launched this new journal during the Sixth Fiqh Seminar held in November 2024

مجلس تحقیقات شرعیہ کاقیام جدیدکوحل کرنے کے لئے اجتماعی کوشش کے عنوان سے ہواہے،چنانچہ اس پس منظر میں سہ ماہی تحقیقات شرعیہ کا بنیادی مقصد دینی علوم میں تحقیق وریسرچ کو فروغ دینے کے ساتھ نئے مسائل پر علمی وتحقیقی مقالات ومضامین کی اشاعت کرنا،نوجوان اہل قلم کو علمی وتحقیقی معیارکے مطابق لکھنے کے لئے میدان فراہم کرنااور ان کی حوصلہ افزائی کرناہے تاکہ علم وتحقیق کا ذوق عام ہو،اور جدیدموضوعات سے متعلق مسائل پر بحث وتحقیق کامزاج پروان چڑھے۔

مجلہ کا دائرہ

اس مجلہ کا دائرہ دینی علوم بشمول علم کلام ،قرآنیات،حدیثیات،فقہی تحقیقات،سیرت،اصول فقہ،تاریخ فقہ،مقاصد شریعت،اورفکراسلامی جیسے تحقیقی موضوعات تحقیقات کو پیش کرنانیز علمی وتحقیقی کتابوں پر تبصرہ،اورمختلف علمی وتحقیقی اداروں کی سرگرمیوں سے قارئین کوواقف کرناہے۔

Objective

The Tahqeeqat-e-Shar‘iyyah journal aims to promote research in Islamic sciences by publishing scholarly articles on contemporary issues. It provides a platform for young writers to develop academic writing skills and encourages a culture of research and critical thinking within the framework of modern challenges

Scope of the Journal

The journal covers research in Islamic sciences including Kalam, Quranic studies, Hadith, Fiqh, Seerah, Usul al-Fiqh, history of Islamic jurisprudence, Maqasid al-Shariah, and Islamic thought. It also features reviews of academic books and highlights the activities of various research institutions
