This course is designed for students who are studying in Madaris and are interested in understanding modern laws.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
- This Law course is intended to develop a general understanding of the existing Indian legal system.
- This course will help the student to develop an understanding of the existing state of Muslim law along with its relevance under the Indian Legal system.
- This Course aims to make the students aware of core constitutional values.
- To develop self-confidence among learners regarding legal issues.

Marriage and Divorce, Maintenance, Dower, Waqf, Right to Property, Muslim Personnel law Sharia Application Act 1937, Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act 1939, Muslim Women Protection of Rights on Divorce Act 1986, Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act 2019, Special Marriage Act 1994, Polygamy
UNIT IV: Criminal Law 07
